乳腺癌患者血清和血浆可溶性L1细胞黏附分子含量的差异 被引量:1

Difference of soluble L1CAM contents between serum and plasma samples in patients with breast cancer

摘要 目的分析乳腺癌患者血清与血浆中可溶性L1细胞黏附分子(s L1)含量的差异,探讨s L1含量检测的血标本的选择。方法采用数字随机法收集10例乳腺癌患者和8例健康对照者的血清和血浆标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测s L1含量,通过秩和检验和相关分析,比较血清和血浆、患者和对照组s L1含量的差异和相关性。结果健康对照者血浆和血清均难以检测到s L1。乳腺癌患者血浆s L1含量(480.92±55.92)pg显著高于血清s L1含量(310.46±104.23)pg,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);患者血浆s L1含量范围349.21~544.03 pg,中位数495.85 pg,血清s L1含量范围为165.48~503.21 pg,中位数318.18 pg,故血浆含量检测更稳定。乳腺癌患者血浆与血清s L1含量无相关性(γs=0.236,P=0.511)。结论乳腺癌患者血清和血浆s L1含量存在明显差异,选择血浆作为临床检验标本更能真实反映血液中s L1含量,且数值更稳定。 To analyze the difference of soluble L1 cell adhesion molecular( sL1 )contents between serum and plasma to select the appropriate blood specimen for examining sL1 content. Methods The serum and plasma samples were collected from 10 patients with breast cancer selected by random number table method and 8 healthy subjects as control group. The sL1 content was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The differences of contents between serum and plasma and between patients and control group were compared by rank-sum test, and its correlation was conducted by Pearson correlation analysis. Results In control group,sL1 was hardly detected in either serum or plasma. In patients with breast cancer, the content of sL1 in plasma was significantly higher than that in serum[ (480.92 ±55.92)pg vs (310.46 ± 104.23 ) pg, P 〈 0.01 ]. The range of sL1 content in patients, plasma and its standard deviation were 349.21 pg to 544.03 pg( median :495.85 pg) ,respectively,while in serum ,they were 165.48 pg to 503.21 pg( median :318.18 pg), respectively,thus sL1 plasma content was more stable. There was no correlation in sL1 contents between plasma and serum (γ= 0. 236 ,P = 0.511 ). Conclusions There is significant difference of sL1 contents in serum and plasma in patients with breast cancer. Selecting plasma as specimen of clinical examination can reflect truthfully sL1 content in the blood and has numerical stability.
