摘要
信息网络技术的发展和居民电子病历系统的建立与完善,使探索"云医疗"服务模式成为可能。文章提出了"云医疗"的基本概念,探讨了其基本特征,并从理念、技术、制度、操作层面分析了实践中可能遇到的难点和问题。
The current health service mode not only causes the waste of resources on the one hand,but also cant solve the difficulties of seeing a doctor on another hand.With the development of information network technology and electronic record system,cloud medicine service mode has become possible.The study introduced the conception of the cloud medicine and discussed its general characteristics.Through the cloud medicine,patients can access to medical services with high quality health care,and medical staff can obtain comprehensive patients health information so as to provide patients with more rapid,accurate diagnosis and treatment service,and health service management institution can realize the rational allocation of medical resources and scientific distribution of workload.
