摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对通径为DN25的液氢低温截止阀在超低温下的传热和应力进行分析。研究了阀体、长颈管、阀杆管等部件的温度和应力在低温下的分布情况。研究结果表明长颈管和阀杆管存在较大的温度梯度,显示了长颈管和阀体应力集中的部位。
Simulation studies on heat transfer and stress analysis of one kind of liquid hydrogen valve with DN25 were made by ANSYS method. Temperature and stress distributions of valve body,long neck pipe and stem tube were researched respectively. The results not only show that larger temperature gradient appears in long neck pipe and stem tube,but also presents stress concentration positions of long neck pipe and stem tube.
