基于模拟退火算法的双目标电力系统优化调度

摘要 针对火力发电过程中带来的空气污染问题,本文将污染物排放量引入电力系统优化调度问题,提出了既考虑燃料成本又考虑污染物排放量的奴目标电力系统调度,并采用模拟退火算法解决该双目标优化问题,计算结果在IEEE-30节点系统上得到验证。 Focusing the emission problem accompanied with the power generating process, a dual target optimizing problem which considering both the fuel cost and emission is put forward in this paper, and the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm is applied to solve this dual target problem. The effectiveness of the SA algorithm is verified by the IEEE-30 system.
