摘要
目的建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定呋塞米片含量不确定度的评定方法。方法建立数学模型,分析实验过程中不确定度的影响因素并对其进行评估,由此得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果扩展不确定度为1.0%(k=2),含量测定结果可表示为(98.5±1.0)%。结论建立的不确定度计算方法可适用于紫外-可见分光光度法测定各种制剂含量的不确定度。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the determination of Furosemide tablets by UV. METHODS A mathematic model was established,Factors affecting uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated from the process of the experiments. The combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainties were finally obtained. RESULTS The extended uncertainly was 1. 0%(k = 2),The content of Furosemide tablets was(98. 5 ± 1. 0) %. CONCLUSION The established mathematical model of uncertainty measurement is reasonable and reliable for the uncertainty detection of various preparations with UV.
