摘要
职业规范是一个职业维持有效运行的基本要求,是一个组织科学化、制度化管理的重要手段,是塑造人力资源职业意识与行为的制度保障。对处于社会转型时期的中国人力资源素质建设具有重要的现实意义。通过研究构建人力资源职业规范体系,提出了判断一个组织职业规范体系是否完善的衡量方法,以期为组织职业规范体系建设提供理论指导和借鉴。
Professional standard is the basic requirement to maintain the effective operation of a profes‐sion ,is an important scientific and institutionalized management method for an organization and a sys‐tem guarantee to improve the professional human resource quality .Professional standard has an impor‐tant practical significance for the construction of China's human resources quality .This paper builds a professional standard system of human resources and puts forward a measure of determining whether an organization professional norms system is perfect ,in order to build a perfect professional norms system that provides theoretical guidance and reference for the group .
