摘要
文章研制一种以二氧化硅、氧化铝为主要原料的高温抗氧化涂料。通过金相分析,能谱分析仪等测试方法,研究不同温度的氧化失重、截面形貌和元素分布。实验结果表明,涂层在700℃开始逐渐软化,但涂层的抗氧化效果不是十分明显,当温度达900℃时,涂层已经烧结,并出现一些液相,涂层的抗氧化效果明显增强。
It prepared an anti-oxidation coating, which mostly consists of silica and alumina. We studied different temperature oxidation weight loss, cross-sectional morphology and elemental distribution by metallurgical analysis, spectrum analyzers and other test methods. The experimental results show that, at 700℃, the coating started to soften gradually, but the oxidation resistance effect of the coating was not very obvious. When the temperature reached 900 ℃, the coating has been sintered, and produced some liquid phase, the oxidation resistance effect of the coating was obviously enhanced.
