摘要
城市综合体项目风险的准确评价是决定其是否实施建设的前提。基于比例二元语义提出对城市综合体项目风险的评价方法。该评价方法一方面集成了专家组的意见,将定性语言评价符号化;另一方面可以避免信息遗失,进一步提高评价结果的准确性和科学性。最后用一案例检验该方法的可行性和有效性。
The accurate risk evaluation of an urban complex project is the prerequisite for the con- struction and implementation of a project. We proposed a fuzzy semantic evaluation method of urban complex projects based on proportional 2-tuple. The evaluation results of urban complex projects ob- tained through the proposed method are objective and scientific owing to two reasons. Firstly, the re- suits were generated by a group of experts. Secondly, the fuzzy semantic method employed in this pa- per has more advantages to reduce distortion and losing of information than other fuzzy semantic meth- ods. Additionally, an example was used to illustrate the availability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
