New Prediction Model of Ships GPS Navigation Positioning Trajectory

摘要 为了提高海上船舶航行轨迹的预测精度,根据船舶航行的GPS定位轨迹特征,构建一套适用于航行轨迹预测优化算法模型,研究内容包括轨迹数值预处理、预测计算、结果精度分析3个部分。运用离散小波变换对船舶航行轨迹数值的分辨预处理,在灰色预测GM(1,1)算法的基础上,运用非线性规划方法动态调整GM(1,1)算法均质生成数列中的发展系数,构建基于时间序列的数值预测优化算法,最后通过算法模型的实验比较和应用测试。结果表明,本预测模型计算结果精确度高,优于多个其它预测算法或模型。 In order to effectively improve the prediction accuracy of the navigation trajectory of ships at sea,we build a suitable navigation trajectory prediction optimization model based on the characteristics of the navigation GPS positioning trajectory. The study includes three parts preproeessing of the trajectory values ,forecasts and analysis of the accuracy. The resolution processing of the sailed trajectory values is elaborated by discrete wavelet transform on the basis of the gray prediction algorithm GM ( 1,1 ) ,the non-linear programming method is used to dynamically adjust GM (1,1) to generate the evolution parameters in sequences homogeneously, the numerical optimization algorithm based on the time series is established. The numerical experiments are taken as examples for this model. It shows that the prediction model is of high accuracy, and outperform several other prediction algorithms or models.
