摘要 针对石油化工企业没有实现数据集成与信息共享,存在信息孤岛的现象,为解决包括生产装置存在多种通信数据接口和如何保证控制系统实时数据安全传输等问题,以某石油化工厂为例,建立了一套采用数采网关、隔离数采网关、实时数据库的实时数据采集系统。设计出针对各种通信接口(如OPC,Modbus等)的数据采集方案和控制系统数据安全单向传输的解决方案,解决了多种数据接口及系统数据安全传输的问题,实现了对生产数据的实时采集和统一管理,提高了企业的生产效率和信息化管理水平。 Some petrochemical enterprises not achieving data integration and information sharing,information island phenomenon exists. It need to establish a unified management platform for real-time data to solve some problems include that many control systems are independent, and the main production units have several different data interface (such as OPC,Modbus,etc. ) ; to ensure the system of real-time data safe and stable,real-time data transmission needs to be transported. For example petrochemical factory,it has established a system of real-time data acquisition by using the industrial communication gateway, isolation gateway and real-time database that all data interfaces and system security issues are solved. With this system, it achieves the real-time production data acquisition and unified management so that the production efficiency and the level of information management are improved greatly.
