摘要
对于禽肉类食品加工这类特殊性质的企业来说,当前学界针对食品行业危机营销与管理的研究成果远不能指导这类企业实践。通过查阅资料和实地走访等方法,针对烧鸡企业在采购、生产、销售等环节存在的问题进行分析,总结禽流感危机对烧鸡企业造成的影响并给出相应的危机营销对策,以期为禽肉类食品加工企业应对危机提供思考和借鉴。
For this special kind of enterprises that poultry meat food processing, the research of current academia aims at the crisis marketing and management of food industry, which is far from being able to guide the practice of such enterprises. Access to information and on-site visits and other methods, take roast chicken enterprise for example,this article analyzes the problems of poultry meat food processing enterprises in the procurement, production, and marketing, summarized the impact of the avian flu crisis, points out the corresponding marketing strategy, in order to provide reference and reflection.
