摘要
从全水分测定结果的精密度、采制样操作过程产生的偏差等方面分析了全水分偏差对低位发热量及热值差的影响,并结合实例重点探讨了全水分变化对煤的总发热量的影响,通过对入厂煤全水分影响因素的分析及对推导公式的灵活应用,指出在对入厂煤的验收工作中需严格执行国家标准及对相关指标进行分析研究,以确保入厂煤验收的准确性。
this paper analyzed how the totoal moisture deviation affected the net calorific value and difference of calorific values from aspects such as precision of total moisture determination and deviation in operating process of sampling and sample preparations. Combining with how totoal moisture variety affected the total calorific of coal, through analyses of influencing factors of total moisture of coal as received and flexible application of reduction of formula, it was indicated that in the verification of coal as received, the relative standards were need to be executed strictly, and relative indices were need to be analyzed, thus, the accuracy of verification of coal as received could be ensured.
