摘要 急性心肌梗死的早期快速诊断是降低病死率的关键。高敏心肌肌钙蛋白(hs-c Tn)检测较常规心肌肌钙蛋白检测诊断敏感性和分析精密度均较高,有利于急性心肌梗死的早期快速诊断、预后评估和危险分层,成为近年来研究的热点。但其在参考范围和诊断界值确定、检测结果判读等方面仍存在很多争议。该文阐述了近年来hs-c Tn在急性心肌梗死中应用的研究现状和存在的问题。 Early and quick diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction is the key to reduce the mortality. High-sensitivity cardiac troponin(hs-eTn) is more sensitive and accurate than conventional cardiac troponin, which is preferred in early diagnosis, prognostic prediction and risk stratification of acute myocardial infarction, and has become a focus recently, though there are still controversies about reference range, diagnostic cut-off,outcome identification and so on. Here is to elaborate the advances and problems in hs-cTn application in acute myocardial infarction research.
