摘要
目的观察加减健脾升阳益气汤联合西药治疗脾气虚弱型视网膜色素变性疗效。方法 138例脾气虚弱型视网膜色素变性患者随机分为两组,对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服加减健脾升阳益气汤。结果治疗组治疗后视力、总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血液流变学指标较治疗前对比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加减健脾升阳益气汤联合西药治疗脾气虚弱型视网膜色素变性疗效明显。
Objective To observe the effect of Jianpishengyang decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of retinitis pig- mentosatemper with spleen - qi deficiency syndrome. Methods 138 cases of retinitis pigmentosatemper with spleen - qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received western medicine;the treatment group was given Jianpishengyang decoction based on the control group. Results The visual acuity and total effective rate after treatment in treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05 ） ;blood rheology in two groups after treatment compared to the previous treatment had significantly difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; both groups had no adverse reaction. Conclusion Jianpishengyang decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of retinitis pigmentosatemper with spleen - qi deficiency syndrome has obvious effect.
