摘要
论述了医学人文精神对培养青年医生的重要性,针对部分青年医生医学人文精神缺失的现状:(职业倦怠感增强,缺少职业信念;功利主义思想浓重,缺少奉献精神;个人主义盛行,缺少团队意识;技术至上现象严重,缺少人文关怀)。提出了加强政府支持、完善继续教育制度、注重医院文化建设、制定合理教育评价指标以及树立正确的卫生价值观等五个方面的培养措施,从培养其医学人文精神的角度加强对青年医生的培养。
This article in view of the situation of parts of the young doctors missing medical humanistic spirit： the sense of job burnout enhanced, lack of career beliefs; strong utilitarian thinking, lack of dedication; Individualism pre- vails, the lack of awareness of the team ; technology oriented phenomenon is serious, lack of humanistic care. put forward to strengthen the government support, improve the system of continuing education, pay attention to construction of hospital culture, establish a reasonable evaluation index of education and set up the correct health values in five aspects to cultivate young doctors＇ medical humanistic spirits.
