摘要
根据武警部队基层建设的要求,设计了适合基层管理绩效评估的评价指标体系,并结合灰色综合评价方法,运用数学模型,紧贴基层管理实际进行了科学合理的评估。该模型能较好地将理论和实际相结合,解决了基层管理绩效评问题,为基层建设打下了良好的基础。
According to the basic construction of CAPF requirements ,this article designed an index system for the per‐formance management evaluation combined with the grey comprehensive evaluation method ,making an scientific and rational assessment closed to the actual of the grass‐roots management with mathematical theory. The model is a combination of theo‐ry and practice helping to solve the problem of performance management as well as a good foundation for basic construction.
