摘要
抽筒子是火炮进行抽筒的关键部件,其可靠性直接影响火炮的持续战斗力。为降低抽筒子的应力峰值,利用ABAQUS软件的优化模块,对凸轮式抽筒子进行拓扑优化和形状优化,并将优化后的抽筒子导入ABAQUS中进行瞬态动力学仿真,对比优化前后抽筒子工作情况。结果表明,经过两轮优化后,抽筒子最大应力下降了31.2%,变形增大了11.2%,质量减小了13.5%,最大抽筒速度下降了3.13%。优化后模型的抽筒特性改变很小,抽筒子应力均下降到安全范围内,其工作可靠性有所提高,抽筒子的优化分析对类似结构设计有一定的参考价值。
Breechblock extractors are the very important parts during the process of gun extracting,its reliability has directly influence on the combat effectiveness of the gun.To reduce the peak stress of extractors,its topology and shape optimizations were carried out by use of the optimization module of ABAQUS software.For the sake of the validation and the optimization,the extractor was guided into the dynamics model.After two types of optimization,the peak stress of the extractor decreases by 31.2%,its deformation increases by 11.2%,its mass is reduced by 13.5%and the maximum extraction speed decreases by 3.13%.As a result,the optimization improves the reliability of extractors and it has little effect on the extraction process.This research can provide the valuable references for the similar structural design.
