摘要 上海市沿浦路(现为耀龙路)跨川杨河大桥采用EPC总承包模式建设。主桥为下承式全钢结构提篮拱桥,跨径为152 m,宽度40.5 m。主拱轴线为抛物线,拱肋采用变高度矩形钢箱截面,宽1.8 m,高度由拱顶2.4 m渐变至拱脚3.3 m。主梁采用双边箱截面,梁高2 m,正交异性钢桥面板。主桥上部结构采用少支架的先拱后梁的安装方案。主拱顺桥向分三个大节段^([1])用浮吊架设,岸上钢梁节段也采用浮吊安装,河面上钢梁节段利用主拱上的临时吊耳来提升安装。两岸拱脚之间设置临时水平拉索以平衡施工期间的推力。 The Yanpu Road(renamed Yaolong Road now) bridge across Chuanyang River in Shanghai was constructed using the EPC general contracting model.The main bridge is a steel tied-arch bridge,which the span is 152 m,width of 40.5m.The arch rib is parabolic curve,with variable height of the rectangular cross section and 1.8m width,which height from the arch vault to foot is 2.4m gradual changing to 3.3m.The main beam is bilateral box section,with height of 2m,orthotropic steel bridge deck.The installation scheme of the super structure is first arch and second girder with limited brackets.The main arch along the bridge is divided into three large sections using a floating crane erection,and the steel beam segments in shore also using floating crane installation.The steel beam segments on the river are lifted to install using temporary lugs on the arch.The arch foot set up temporary horizontal cable to balance the thrust during the construction period.
