摘要
女裤单品是河南省服装产业的支柱产品,需求量很大.为了突破生产瓶颈,很多企业引进了吊挂线对传统生产线进行改造.通过对吊挂生产线的研究,结合女裤企业的实际情况和产品特点,得出了一种最佳的吊挂线生产方式.从最佳订单量、主辅流水线人员、设备配比、作业分配、流程编排和管理方法这几个方面进行分析,确定了最佳吊挂方式的设置及生产运行的管理,提出了优化吊挂流水线的具体措施,为企业购置裤装吊挂线提供了可行方案.
The women trousers,as a high demand single product,is a pillar product of Henan garment industry. In order to break through the bottleneck of production,many companies use hanging production line as a new method to reform. Through studying the hanging production line and investigating women trousers companies,production features and product characteristics,the article put forward an optimal production mode lines. The content of the mode include the best order quantity,main and auxiliary line personnel assigned,proportion of different types equipment,process orchestration and matched management methods,the mode which can provide a viable solution for enterprises to buy pants hanging production line and indicate the specific direction for optimizing the hanging production line,and make full use of hanging production line in hardware intelligent and software data analysis.
