摘要
目的探讨宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床效果及安全性。方法将60例III度宫颈柱状上皮异位患者随机分为两组,各30例。两组均给予LEEP治疗,观察组术后第7天、第14天、第21天时创面局部涂抹b FGF。结果观察组术后第14天、第21天创面愈合面积均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后阴道流液时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);两组均未发生大出血、术后宫颈粘连等严重并发症。结论 LEEP联合b FGF治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位可促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,减少术后阴道流液,疗效肯定。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of the loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP)com-bined with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the treatment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium .Methods Sixty patients with III degree cervical ectopic columnar epithelium randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,were treated with LEEP therapy.The observation group was given topical bFGF treatment on 7 d,14 d and 21 d after operation. Results On 14 d and 21 d after operation, the wound healing area in observation group was larger than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05),postoperative vaginal discharge time and wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group ( P 〈0.01),the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33% of the control group ( P 〈0.05).No serious complications such as postoperative bleeding and cervical adhesions occurred in the two groups .Conclusion LEEP combined with bF-GF in the treatment of ectopic cervical columnar epithelium can promote wound healing , shorten the wound healing time and reduce postoperative vaginal discharge .
