摘要
目的:观察滋阴活血汤治疗月经过少阴血亏虚证临床疗效。方法:將62例月经过少阴血亏虚证病随机分为研究组32例,对照组30例,研究组予滋阴活血汤治疗,对照组予克龄蒙治疗,治疗3个月经周期,评定疗效。结果:研究组临床疗效优于对照组,P<0.05,临床症状月经色质、经量、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软的改善率均明显优于对照组P<0.05。两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度的增加均有明显改善P<0.05,研究组治疗后子宫内膜增加好于对照组,但两组差异无统计学意义P>0.05。结论:滋阴活血汤治疗月经过少阴血亏虚证有良好的疗效,并可明显改善症状、增加子宫内膜厚度。
Objective：To observe the clinic efficacy of Ziyin Huoxue Decoction in treating hypomenorrhea due to deficiency of Yin - blood. Methods ： Sixty - two patients conformed to deficiency of Yin - blood were randomly distributed into thirty - two cases in research group and thirty cases in control group. Research group were treated with Ziyin Huoxue Decoction. Control group were treated with Climen. After treatment for three months, comparative analysis of clinical efficacy was carried out. Results ：The clinical efficacy of research group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Ziyin Huoxue Decoction was superior in improving clinical symptoms, menstrual color quality, menstrual blood volume, dizziness and tinnitus, soreness and weakness of waist and knees （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Ziyin Huoxue Decoction also can increase the thickness of endometrium without significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Ziyin Huoxue Decoction treatment has better efficacy in treating hypomenorrhea due to deficiency of Yin- blood,which also can significantly improve symptoms and increase endometrial thickness.
