摘要
附子以其卓著疗效和不良反应而备受医家关注,但附子的临床应用仍然存在诸多值得探讨之处。文章从临床验案出发,介绍蒋健教授运用附子的经验,探讨附子临证应用指征及其量效关系。
Aconite root, for its outstanding efficacy and adverse reactions, has attracted much attention. And there are still some controversial issues about its clinical application. By analyzing 5 proven cases, this article introduces Professor JIANG＇s experience of Aconite root, and then analyzes its indications and the dose - effect relationship, to further inspire its appropriate clinical use.
