摘要
该文通过对湿式制动器密封方案的工况适应性、密封可靠性以及密封寿命等重要技术特性的分析研究,归纳总结了湿式制动器所采用的四种类型的密封产品O形圈、Y形圈、Y+O形圈和同轴组合密封圈的优缺点,为不同工况条件下的湿式制动器提供了适配的密封技术解决方案。
Wet brake is one of the development trends of brake.By analysis and Research working conditions adaptability,reliability of sealing,sealing life and other important technical characteristics on the wet brake sealing solutions,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the four types of seal products：O-ring,Y-ring,Y＋O-ring and coaxial combined seals of wet brake,provides fit seal technical solutions for wet brake under different working conditions.
