摘要
在分析CDRS知识转移及其知识生态学的内涵基础上,构建了CDRS知识转移知识转移生态学模型。在模型中,具体剖析了CDRS知识生态系统构成诸要素,指出知识个体、知识种群与知识群落三者之间的知识相互交融、冲撞、整合、创新,共同创建了错综复杂的知识链与知识网,如咨询馆员强化自身知识的迁移与完善,成员馆注重知识整合,CDRS重视知识应用和知识创新,图书馆联盟则关注知识转移的整体绩效。
Combined with the CDRS knowledge transfer connotation, an ecological model of CDRSknowledge transfer is built. In this model,the article analysises some constitute elements of the CDRSknowledge ecosystem,pointing out that the knowledge of the individual, knowledge of the population, withknowledge community among knowledge interacting with each other, collision, integration, innovation,co-founded the intricate knowledge chain and knowledge network to strengthen their knowledge ofmigration and improvement, such as librarians, members of the museum focus on knowledge integration,CDRS emphasis on the application of knowledge and knowledge innovation, library consortia focus onknowledge transfer overall performance. Finally the article gives out a case.
