摘要
介绍色织纯棉紧密纺高密府绸的生产技术要点。由于经纱有三种颜色,循环较大,先进行合理劈花,然后采用分色分层与分条分层相结合的方式排花。对生产中的关键工序采取了相应的工艺技术措施。选择合适的分批整经机与浆纱机,合理配置整经与浆纱的工艺参数,优选织造工序工艺参数,包括开口工艺、经位置线与引纬气压等工艺参数,最终保证了产品的顺利生产。认为:选用优质环保浆料可以保证浆纱质量和最终产品质量。
Production key points of pure cotton yarn-dyed high-density condensed poplin were introduced. For three colors in warp, circulation is larger. Patten should be reasonably split first. Then combination of layer separation with color and layer separation with strip to array pattern was adopted. Corresponding measures were taken in the key process of production. Suitable back-beaming machine and sizing machine were chosen. Processing parameters of beaming and sizing were reasonable configured. Weaving processing parameters including opening process,warp shed line,air pressure for weft insertion and so on were optimized. Finally, production was ensured successfully. It is considered that sizing quality and final product quality can be ensured by using high quality and environmental protection size mixture.
