摘要
基于目前公路建设行业中普遍存在的问题,提出了强化监督机构的执法地位、明确建筑市场责任主体的义务、完善信用管理与保险制度等措施,以保证公路工程的施工质量,从而推动公路建设行业的不断发展。
Based on common highway construction industry problems, the paper puts forward measures of strengthening monitoring agency posi- tion, clearing construction markets responsibilities and tasks, and improving credit management and insurance system and so on, with a view to guarantee highway engineering construction quality, and to promote continuous development of highway construction industry.
