摘要
针对现有单行牵引式马铃薯收获机伤薯率高、明薯率低等问题,提出摆动分离筛优化的关键变量,并使用三维实体建模软件对小型马铃薯收获机零部件进行参数化建模,确立曲柄半径与转速对筛分性能影响的目标函数。同时,运用ADAMS对摆动分离筛虚拟样机模型进行动态仿真分析,完成摆动分离筛筛分性能关键参数的优化。
According to the problems of existing potato harvester, there are high tuber damage rate and low differentiate potato rate in the process of using, he key parameters of oscillating sieve are proposed, the parametric modeling is adopted to build potato harvester parts on the 3D modeling software, and establishing objective function to display radius of the crank speed effect on properties of the sieve. Then taking the dynamic simulation analysis to the virtual prototype model of oscillating sieve by using ADAMS to complete the optimization of key parameters of the screening performance of oscillating sieve.
