摘要
微波水热法合成了粒径均一、具有良好分散性的碳点材料。Fe(Ⅲ)加入到碳点—Na OH的化学发光体系中可以极大地提高发光信号。因此,建立了以碳点作为新型探针快速灵敏检测水中Fe(Ⅲ)的化学发光传感体系,此检测体系的检测限为1.45×10-6mol/L,对三种实际水样进行加标回收测定,回收率分别为117%,111%,94%。对体系的发光机理进行研究,Fe(Ⅲ)作为氧化剂向碳点表面注射空穴与Na OH化学还原作用注射的电子相复合,产生化学发光。
Carbon dots(CDs) material synthesized via microwave hydrothermal method has uniform particle size and disperse well in water. When Fe ( Ⅲ ) is added into CDs-NaOH chemiluminescence(CL) system intensity of luminous signal is improved greatly. Based on this, a CL sensing system for rapid and sensitive detection of Fe( Ⅲ ) in water is built ,in which CDs served as novel CL probes ,detection limit of the detecting system is 1.45 × 10^-6μmol/L. The recovery ratios for the three kinds of water samples are 117 % ,111% ,94 %. CL mechanism of this system is researched,holes inject into CDs by Fe( Ⅲ) acting as an oxidant combined with electrons inject into CDs caused by "chemical reduction"of NaOH, which results in CL phenomenon.
