摘要
热释电元件输出信号幅值小,不易探测,噪声影响明显,文中对热释电红外传感器进行了噪声分析,掌握了影响系统噪声的特点。选用结型场效应管对信号进行前置低噪声放大,利用双路消噪的原理设计了二级增益可调的放大滤波电路。对处理前后的信号进行了分析,可见这样的设计消除了系统的外部噪声和内部噪声。通过搭建的测试平台,对制作好的红外传感器进行了数据处理和性能测试,验证了该设计的合理性。
As the output signal of pyroelectric device is small and difficult to detect and the noise is relatively large, this paper analyzed the noise of pyroeleetic sensor and understood the noise features about this system. This paper chose the junction field- effeet transistor to perform as the low noise preamplifier and used the two-way de-noising theory to design filtering circuit. Compa- ring signals before and after the experiment, this paper found this design can eliminate the internal and external noise of the sys- tem. By building a test platform to test the data processing of the infrared sensor and its perfornlance, this paper confirmed that this design was reasonable.
