新型二茂铁骨架糖基硫脲催化剂的合成

Synthesis of novel glycosyl and ferrocenyl thiourea catalyst

摘要 以天然D-构型葡萄糖和商业易得的二茂铁甲酸为原料,经简单几步反应,设计合成了一种结构新颖的二茂铁骨架糖基硫脲催化剂,该催化剂的结构通过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,和HRMS等物理手段进行了表征. A novel glycosyl and ferrocenyl thiourea catalyst has been successfully synthesized from the natural D-glycose and readily available ferrocenecarboxylic acid by simple steps reaction.The structure of the new thiourea catalyst was confirmed by IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR, and HRMS.
