摘要
为了适应高职院校职业技能型人才培养的要求,以职业技能培养为主干,全面推进学生素质教育,积极探索高素质技能型人才的职业模块式创新教育模式。本文重点探讨了高等职业教育模块式教学模式的课程结构及开发程序,师资队伍建设,教学管理模式和学生考核评价体系等内容。
In order to meet the requirements of the Professional Skill Training of vocational colleges, vocational skills training as the backbone to comprehensively promote quality education, and actively explore high quality skilled personnel career modular innovative education model. Four aspects of the content of this article focuses on the Higher Vocational Education Teaching Mode modular course structure and development programs, teaching staff, teaching management and student appraisal system and so on.
