静电自组装阻燃蚕丝织物的染色性能 被引量:3

摘要 静电层层自组装技术制备的阻燃蚕丝织物的染色工艺为:真丝织物先进行壳聚糖和植酸钠交替自组装再染色,组装最外层为带正电荷的壳聚糖。在此工艺下,当组装层数达到15.5层,织物极限氧指数达28.5%,1.0%弱酸性染料染色时的上染率可达65.7%,染色织物具有优良的耐摩擦色牢度,固色剂ESX-960处理能有效提升耐皂洗色牢度。 Dyeing process of flame-retardant silk fabrics prepared by electrostatic layer-by-layer self- assemb y process is discussed. According to limiting oxygen index, dyeing percentage and K/S value of silk dyeings, the optimum dyeing process is determined as dyeing after assembling with outermost lay- er being of chitosan with positive charges. When the layers of assembling reach 15.5, limiting oxygen in- dex of silk fabric can reach 28.5%, the silk dyeings with 1.0% weak acid dyes feature dyeing percentage up to 65.7% and satisfactory rubbing fastness. Dye-fixing agent ESX-960 can improve soaping fastness of dyed silk fabric.
