摘要
分别制备了两种单组分水活性亲、疏水型聚氨酯灌浆材料,并探讨了其凝胶时间、发泡率、包水性、尺寸稳定性等。结果表明:以TDI/MDI复合二异氰酸酯体系制得的亲水型聚氨酯灌浆料包水速率快,不含游离TDI,环保性能优异;以高羟值聚醚多元醇、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和多种助剂为原料制得的疏水型聚氨酯灌浆料,具有较高的发泡倍率和抗压强度。通过模拟动水条件下单裂隙灌浆试验,验证了所制备的两种聚氨酯灌浆料皆具有较高的实际堵水效率。
Hydrophilic water reactive polyurethane grouting material and hydrophobic water reactive polyurethane grouting material were prepared respectively, and the gel time, foaming rate, water absorption capability and dimensional stability and other properties were discussed. The results showed that hydrophilic water reactive polyurethane grouting material prepared by TDI/MDI composite diisocyanate system had high water absorption rate and no free --NCO, it was environmental friendly. Hydrophobie water reactive polyurethane grouting material prepared by polyether polyol with high hydroxyl value, PAPI and a variety of additives had high foamability and compressive strength. Through the single fissure grouting test of simulation of hydrodynamic condition, the two polyurethane grouting materials all had high practical water plugging efficiency.
