摘要
目的探讨替米沙坦联合利尿药治疗顽固性高血压临床效果及对血浆内皮素的影响。方法顽固性高血压患者60例随机分为二组,各30例。观察组患者口服替米沙坦40mg,1次/d,氢氯噻嗪20mg,3次/d。对照组口服替米沙坦40mg,1次/d。观察二组患者治疗后7,15,30,60d血压、ET水平变化。结果治疗后患者血压逐渐降低,以30d降低最为明显,显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组治疗后60d血压较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组30d后ET水平较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合利尿药治疗顽固性高血压效果良好,可改善血浆ET水平。
Objective To explore the effect of telmisartan combined with diuretics on refractory hypertension and the changes of plasma endothelin levels.Methods A total of 60 patients with refractory hypertension were divided into two groups randomly,30 cases in each group.The experimental group patients were given telmisartan 40 mg,1 time/d,hydrochlorothiazide 20 mg,3 times/d.Control group 40 mg oral telmisartan,1/d.The control group were taken telmisartan40 mg,1time/d.Observed the change of blood pressure,plasma ET levels after treatment of 7d,15 d,30d,60 d.Results The blood pressure after treatment decreased gradually,especially the 30 d after treatment,showed a significant difference compared with before treatment（P〈0.01）.The blood pressure after treatment of 60 d had a significant difference with the control group（P〈0.05）.The experimental group after 30 d ET levels had significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Telmisartan combined with diuretics on refractory hypertension has a good therapeutic effect,can improve the plasma ET levels effectively.
