摘要
根据新建本科院校电子信息类专业办学现状,结合湖南涉外经济学院办学实际,与行业企业专家共同制定了"3+1"卓越电子工程师应用型人才培养新模式。在培养方案的第七学期创造性地设置了为期三个月的"岗位技能实训"环节,效果良好,大大地提高了学生的实践动手能力和就业竞争力,这对电子信息类专业应用型人才培养具有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the running status of electronic specialtiesin the newly built undergraduate colleges, based on many years of reform and practice, combined with the fact of Hunan International Economics University, a new pattern of ＂3＋1 application＂excellence electronics engineer personnel is developedwith industry experts together. Three monthsjob skills training in the seventh semester are set up creatively in the training program which can greatly improve the students＇ practical ability and the employment competitive power. They are useful to cultivate applied talents in the major of electronic information.
