摘要
针对育苗播种生产线上配套的育苗基质填充装置基质填装均匀性差、机构复杂的问题,提出了刮板和隔板式输送带相结合的穴盘育苗自动覆土装置的设计。同时,对整机结构、关键部件和参数进行了设计,并阐述了整机工作过程。样机试验分析,该装置提高了基质填装的均匀性,结构简单,实现了基质填装量的调节。
