紫杉醇与顺铂同步化疗联合放疗治疗老年食管癌临床分析被引量：2

摘要目的对紫杉醇与顺铂同步化疗联合放疗治疗老年食管癌的疗效进行分析。方法老年食管癌患者78例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例,对照组给予单纯腔内放疗,观察组给予紫杉醇与顺铂同步化疗联合放疗,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后3个月生存质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者骨髓抑制、放射性食管炎、胃肠道反应及放射性肺炎等不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组肝肾损伤发生率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇与顺铂同步化疗联合放疗可对老年食管癌患者的病情予以有效缓解,治疗效果显著,但患者易出现不良反应,在治疗中应对患者肝肾予以有效保护,尽可能降低不良反应发生风险。
