摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入,我国各个地区的经济都有了迅速发展,但由于地理位置、资源禀赋以及经济基础等方面的原因,各地经济增长速度快慢不一,使得区域间差距越来越大,区域经济发展不平衡已成为严重制约我国国民经济又好又快发展的一个重大问题。而纵观世界经济发展史,美国、日本以及欧盟等国家和地区在区域协调发展上取得了巨大的成功,对其区域协调发展立法进行比较研究,将有助于推动我国的区域协调发展。
With the deepening of reform and opening,nearly all regions of China experienced rapid development,while the growth speed varies from geographical location,recourses endowment and economic base. Unbalanced regional economy developments have become a major problem restricting sound and rapid development of the national economy. Throughout the history of world economy,countries like the United States,Japan and the European Union have achieved grand success. Comparative research of the coordinated development of the legislation of these countries will help promote the coordinated regional development in China.
