4G通信技术在舰船导航信息系统中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 在狭窄海域及港口附近海域中,由于缺乏及时有效地通信,小型船舶和大型船舶极易造成严重的碰撞事故,造成较大的人员伤亡和财产损失。为了解决这一问题,VHF通信、GPRS、卫星通信、VTS等技术得到了推广和应用,然而在实际使用过程中,这些技术无法完全解决港口中各种类型船只的通信和导航问题。随着4G通信网的建设,本文提出一种在港口及附近海域中,基于4G通信网的舰船导航信息系统,能够实现港口中不同类型、吨位船舶的通信和预警,减少了发生碰撞的概率,提高了港口的吞吐率和运行效率。 In the narrow sea and in port waters,due to a lack of communication in a timely and effective manner,small vessels and large ships can easily cause serious collision events,which can cause great damage. In order to solve this problem,VHF communication,GPRS,satellite communication,VTS and other technology have been put into application. However,in actual use process,the technologies cannot completely solve all kinds of ships in the port communication and navigation problems. With the construction of 4G communication network,this paper puts forward a kind of ships navigation information system based on 4G communication network,which can realize communication and navigation among different kinds of ships, reduce the probability of collision, and improve the port' s throughput and efficiency.
