摘要
目的测定广西凌云野生铁皮石斛多糖含量和进一步研究多糖的抗氧化作用。方法采用水提醇沉法提取铁皮石斛粗多糖,并利用Sevage法脱蛋白对其进行纯化;用苯酚-硫酸法测定纯多糖的含量;采用水杨酸法和邻苯三酚自氧化法分别研究铁皮石斛多糖清除·OH自由基和O2-·自由基的效果。结果铁皮石斛多糖含量达84.45%,其清除O2-·自由基和·OH自由基的能力均较强。结论广西凌云野生铁皮石斛多糖含量丰富,并具有较强的抗氧化活性。
Objective To determine Lingyun Guangxi wild Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide and polysaccharide oxidation study. Methods Water extracting and alcohol precipitation method for extracting crude polysaccharide and Sevage method for protein removal ; Phenol - sulfuric acid method for the determination of polysaccharides of Dendrobium officinale pure polysaccharide content in sample. Pyrogallol Autoxidation and salicylic acid method for studying the effect on Dendrobium offieinale polysaccha- ride scavenging of O2^-· and · OH. Results The polysaccharide sample of Dendrobium officinale contains a high of 84.45% pure Polysaccharide. Conclusion The results demonstrated that the polysaccharide of Lingyun Guangxi wild Dendroblum officinale had a strong scavenging ability for O2^-· radical and · OH radica.
