摘要
成都学院基于产业视角,建立产业与人才培养的对接机制,形成产业界和学校人才培养的交互反馈通道;构建大专业平台,促进产业分类人才培养;对接区域产业与人才培养目标,建立人才测评标准;建立高标准实践教学培养体系;校政企协同创新,构建人力资源价值供应链等,构建基于产业视角的人才培养模式,人才培养质量得到较大提升,取得了良好的社会效益。
From the perspective of industry,Chengdu University has established a system of integration of industry and talent cultivation,set up an interactive feedback channel between industry classification and university education.Chengdu University also has established an integrative major platform to boost industry classification students cultivation,combined area industry and talent cultivation goal,and set up talent evaluation standard,high-standard practical teaching training system,cooperation between university,government and enterprises,also the human resource valuation supply chain.With the establishment of industry-oriented talent training mode,the education quality gets great improvement,and the social benefit can also be achieved.
