摘要
针对开关磁阻发电机效率最优控制问题,以六相12/10开关磁阻发电机为研究对象,建立非线性简化数学模型,分析损耗,采用最小化相电流有效值方式来最小化电机主要损耗,即铜耗。应用Matlab构建构建仿真模型,给出开通角、关断角、相电流有效值三维仿真波形,从中获取最小相电流有效值、最小铜耗、效率最优的开通角关断角组合,同时在实验平台上验证效率最优激励参数。仿真与实验表明,控制策略是可行的,同时该方法简单可靠、易于在实际系统实现。
For the control problem of optimal-efficiency control of switched reluctance generator,taking the six-phase12/10 structure switched reluctance generator as a subject,the simplified nonlinear mathematical model is established.The power generation process is introduced,and the loss is analysed.It is adopted by minimizing the phase current effective value to minimize copper loss of the motor main loss.The simulation model is built based on Matlab,the 3D simulation waveforms of turn-on angle,turn-off angle,phase current effective value are given,and the turn-on angle and turn-off angle combinations of minimum phase current effective value,minimum copper loss,optimal efficiency are got,At the same time,the optimal-efficiency excitation parameters are verified on the test platform.Simulation results and experiments show that the control strategy is feasible.Meanwhile,the method is simple and reliable,and it is easy to realize in actual system.
