摘要
针对红石矿区新开拓矿体与围岩都极其破碎,自然塌落现象严重的情况,提出利用下向进路分层充填采矿法对破碎矿体进行开采。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对充填体和围岩进行应力应变分析,建立模型分析不同分层在回采过程中围岩的位移及应力变化范围,进而确定胶结充填体的强度要求,保证安全高效作业,指导现场井下试验,满足开采需求,对类似矿山具有一定的指导意义。
The surrounding rock of the new development orebody is very broken and naturally caving phenomenon is serious,so the downward access layered filling mining method is adopted to deal with the broken orebody. The FLAC3 D numerical simulation software is used to conduct stress- strain analysis of the filling body and surrounding rock so as to establish models to analyze the stress change range of surrounding rock of different layers in the recovery process to determine strength requirements of cemented filling body,which ensure safe and efficient operation and provide some guidance for underground tests.The above research results can provide some reference for the similar mine.
