摘要
目的 探讨手足口病（HFMD）患儿血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）的变化及临床意义。方法 将81例肠道病毒71型（EV71）感染的 HFMD患儿分为三组：普通型22例，重症型19例，危重型40例。采用化学发光法检测三组患儿血清中的甲状腺素：T3、T4、TSH、FT3，FT4水平并比较。结果 三组患儿血清中 T3、T4、FT4、TSH、FT3水平比较无统计学差异（ P ＞0．05）。结论 EV71感染 HFMD患儿血清中甲状腺激素水平与患儿病情的严重程度不相关。
Objective] To explore the change of serum triiodothyronine（T3 ） ,thyroxine（T4 ） ,thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） ,free T3（FT3 ） and free T4（FT4 ） in children with hand foot mouth disease（HFMD） .[Methods]A total of 81 children with HFMD infected by enterovirus 71（EV71） in feces detected by RT‐PCR were divided into common type group（ n=22） ,severe type group（ n=19） and critically severe type group（ n=40） .Serum levels of thyroid hormones T3 ,T4 ,FT3 ,FT4 and TSH of 3 groups were detected by chemiluminescence method .[Results]There was no significant difference in serum levels of T3 ,T4 ,FT4 ,FT3 and TSH among 3 groups（ P〉0 .05） .[Conclusion]Serum levels of thy‐roid hormones in children with HFMD infected by EV71 is not associated with the severity of disease .
