摘要
应用CFD软件Fluent对流化床炉内布风板入口0.5 m段进行冷态流场模拟。研究在一定的开孔率下不同的布风板板孔布置(正方形、圆形和三角形)与不同开孔直径(0.5 mm、0.6 mm、0.8 mm)下对流化床冷态流场与布风板压降的影响。最终实验表明:孔径为0.5 mm、板孔三角形结构的布风板更容易使气流稳定,有益于物料的正常流化。
Application of CFD software Fluent on the entrance 0 . 5 meters section of fluidized bed furnace for cold flow field simulation. Study on the influence of pore structure for the air distribution plate to pressure drop and the fluidized bed cold flow field. under certain opening ratio with different hole layout( square,circle and triangle)and different hole diameter(0. 5mm,0. 6mm,0. 8mm). Final simulation results show that the plate hole triangle structure with 0 . 5 mm diameter make flow faster to achieve stability that is beneficial to achieve the fluidization process.
