摘要
中速磨煤机因其投资和厂用电较低且制粉均匀性较好而在燃煤电厂中广为使用。但实际的运行条件和燃用的煤种往往严重偏离设计值,导致磨煤机磨损破坏严重,而达不到设计出力要求。对磨煤机严重磨损的原因进行详细分析,并从设备运行、设备维护、设备结构及系统改造等角度相应地提出了一些可行的解决方案。这些方案可有效地减缓磨煤机部件的严重磨损,从而可大大延长其使用寿命,对燃煤发电厂制粉系统的运行管理具有重要的参考意义。
Medium-speed pulverizers are widely used in coal-fired power plants because of their low cost,low auxiliary power consumption and better pulverized coal uniformity.But actual operating conditions often seriously deviate from design values, resulting in severe wear damage to the pulverizers and their lower output,This paper analyzes causes of pulverizer wear damage in detail and proposes feasible solutions accordingly in the perspectives of operation,maintenance,structure and system transformation.These solutions can effectively mitigate wear damage and greatly extend service life, and are therefore of great significance for operation and management of coal pulverizing systems.
