摘要
建立了二硫化碳萃取毛细管气相色谱柱法测定水质中的8种苯系物的方法。用二硫化碳萃取饮用水中的苯系物,气相色谱法进行分离测定。结果表明:8种苯系物在0.0-100.0 mg/L之间线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.9997以上,相对标准偏差( RSD%)为0.42%-0.90%,加标回收率为89.7%-100.7%,方法检出限在0.0039-0.0048 mg/L之间。该方法简单、灵敏,可使各组分得到很好分离,适用于水质中苯系物的测定。
The method for determining the benzenes in water by capillary column gas chromatography was developed. Carbon disulfide was used to extract the benzenes in drinking water, which was separated and detected by gas chromatography. The peak currents of the benzenes were good linear to the concentration of benzenes in the range of 0. 0-100. 0 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient were above 0. 9997. Its relative standard deviation ( RSD ) was 0. 42% -0. 90%, and the recoveries of the 8 benzenes were 89. 7% -100. 7%. The range of detection limit was 0. 003 9-0. 004 8 mg/L. The method was quite suitable for determining benzenes in the water, and was simple and precise.
