随着西部大开发的深入推进,统筹城乡发展进入新的阶段,小城镇发展成为西部城市建设者关注的焦点。本文以泸州黄舣镇酒业集中发展区为例,探索一条以传统产业、特色农业、传承文化为依托,形成"1+2+3"产业联动发展的西部小城镇创新之路。
