摘要
与全球城市崛起相伴,人才流动与集聚的重要性不言而喻。人才与全球城市紧密相联,其既是全球城市的组成要素,又是形成全球城市的必要条件。随着全球城市进入知识、人才流主导的新阶段,人才对于全球城市发展的作用更加凸显。但是,在全球化和信息化的大背景下,人才流动和集聚的外部环境正在发生变化,这将引起全球城市人才流动和集聚的方向、形式、速度和规模等发生相应改变。本文立足于未来30年全球城市发展的远期视角,分析影响全球城市人才流动和集聚的关键因素及其未来变化趋势,预测未来30年全球人才流动和集聚将呈现出一体化、虚拟化、双向化和多元化趋势。
Accompanied by the rise of the global city, the importance of talent flow and concentration is self-evident. Talent is closely linked with global city, which is a constituent element of global city, and a necessary condition for the formation of global city. With global city entering a new stage which is leaded by knowledge and talent flow, the role of talent for global urban development is more prominent. However, in the context of globalization and information technology, the external environment of talent flow and concentration is changing, and this will cause direction, form, speed and scale of talent flow and concentration in global city changes accordingly. This article is based on the long-term perspective of the next 30 years, analyze the key factors and their respective trends, which affect talent flow and gather of global city, predict that talent flow and concentration of global city will appear in the integration, virtualization, bidirectional and diversification trend.
