摘要
初任民警来源广、数量多、背景复杂、年龄跨度大。在当前社会转型期的背景下,如何搞好初任民警培训管理工作,显得较为棘手。应当通过入警教育、忠诚教育、法治意识的培养及创新管理举措,以警察意识的培养为核心,以警察职业养成为目标,以规范日常行为为抓手,将初任民警培训成为一支拿得出、能战斗、打得赢的人民忠诚卫士。
The newly recruited police have the characteristics of diverse sources,large quantity,complex background and great age span.In the context of current social transition,the training management on newly recruited police seems to be a rather difficult task.By strengthening the new recruits' education,cultivating their loyal and legal consciousness,innovating management measures,highlighting the improvement of police consciousness,targeting the professional education and focusing on the daily behavioral norms,the newly recruited police could be trained to be loyal guards well-prepared for cracking down criminals and winning any battles.
